New Year…New You!

Now that we are a few weeks into the New Year, we thought we’d check in and see how you’re doing on your New Year’s resolutions. Whether it is saving more money,excelling at work, strengthening your relationships, or getting in shape, January gives us all a new lease on life and hope for conquering the New Year.

TidalWalk is here to help you (with the fitness stuff anyway). Our fitness room is located on the second floor of our TidalWalk Resident’s Club and utilizes professional equipment by TechnoGym including both cardio and strength training systems. There is also space available for stretching, abdominal work or calisthenics. TidalWalk residents are provided with a key fob to enter the center in order to allow for flexibility in workout schedules.
